Overnight Oats

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 Premiere protein drink. You can also swap this out for a scoop of your favorite protein and milk or a dairy alternative (You need some kind of liquid for the base).

  • 1.5 oz of plain greek yogurt (You could probably even skip this part if you don’t like a little tang to your oats)

  • 1/2 cup(48 grams)  Old Fashioned rolled oats

  • 1 TBL (13 grams) chia seeds

  • Cinnamon for flavor

Mix all things together in mason jar, stir well and then put the lid on and store in fridge overnight. When you’re ready to eat the next day, there is no other prep! Just shake and enjoy! I personally prefer my oats a little on the creamier side, not overly thick.Ya know, the consistency I can still eat with a spoon and isn’t overly runny but also took a couple sips towards the bottom of my jar. By using the entire premiere protein, I got the consistency I like. If you like your oats super thick, I would consider using 3/4 of a premier protein.

You can use different spices such as pumpkin pie spice and cocoa to change the flavor and you can also slice bananas or your favorite fruit as a topping. I liked my plain with the little cinnamon the best!
